According to reports, Barcelona are seriously on the move for Valencia player, Alcacer Paco in a £26m transfer.
After securing the signature of Andre Gomes from the Mestalla earlier this summer for £41.7million, the Catalan giants are prepared to sign another player from Valencia; this time is their captain Alcacer Paco in a potential five-year deal.
According to Barca coach, Luis Enrique who has expressed his interest in bringing in a striker as cover for the wonder-trio of Lionel Messi, Neymar and Luis Suarez, he appears to have made Alcacer his possible target.
Although the 22-year old may find it very difficult to break into the team, but he will ensure to fight for a place in the squad as the move is expected to completed after Barca’s match against Sevilla on August 14.
Valencia President has come out to dispute the claims but Alcacer appears keen on a transfer to the Camp Nou before the transfer window closes.
Smart move I must say, as there needs to be a replacement.
